EverSkin – Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

This Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through EverSkin (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) via our website, mobile platforms, or any official sales channel operated by EverSkin.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.


1. General Policy Overview

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, EverSkin maintains a strict but fair return framework designed to:

  • Protect customer health and safety

  • Prevent product tampering

  • Maintain product integrity

  • Ensure regulatory compliance

All returns are subject to inspection, verification, and approval by EverSkin.


2. Eligibility for Returns

A product may be eligible for return only if all the following conditions are met:

  1. The return request is initiated within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.

  2. The product remains:

    • Unopened

    • Unused

    • Unaltered

    • In original packaging

  3. All seals, shrink wraps, and protective coverings are intact.

  4. The product has not been exposed to heat, sunlight, moisture, or contamination.

  5. Original invoice or proof of purchase is provided.

  6. Package Opening Video is provided

Failure to meet any one of the above criteria may result in rejection of the return.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened skincare products

  • Used cosmetic items

  • Trial-sized products

  • Free promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Limited-edition launches

  • Clearance or discounted items marked “Final Sale”

  • Products purchased during flash sales

  • Customized or bundled kits

EverSkin reserves the right to determine whether a product has been used or tampered with.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A leaking product

  • A defective pump or applicator

  • An incorrect product

  • Missing items in your order

You must:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video without cuts.

  2. Take high-resolution photos showing:

    • Shipping label

    • Outer packaging

    • Inner packaging

    • Visible damage

  3. Email support within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to provide adequate documentation may lead to claim denial.


5. Skin Reactions & Allergic Responses

EverSkin formulations are dermatologically tested; however:

  • Individual reactions vary.

  • Skin compatibility differs based on genetics, environment, and routine.

If you experience irritation:

  1. Discontinue use immediately.

  2. Consult a dermatologist.

  3. Contact support with:

    • Photos

    • Batch number

    • Usage details

Refunds for skin reactions are evaluated case-by-case and are not guaranteed.


6. Return Shipping Policy

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is verified as a company error.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Cash on Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • If reverse pickup fails twice, the return request is voided.

Products must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.


7. Inspection & Approval Process

Upon receipt of returned goods:

  1. Items undergo quality inspection.

  2. Seal integrity is verified.

  3. Usage indicators are examined.

  4. Batch and authenticity codes are scanned.

Processing time: 7–10 business days.

EverSkin’s inspection decision is final.


8. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method within 7–12 business days.

  • COD Orders: Refunded via bank transfer after verification.

  • Store Credit: Issued within 48 hours (if applicable).

Bank processing delays are outside EverSkin’s control.


9. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are only permitted if:

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • A manufacturing defect is verified.

We do not offer exchanges for:

  • Shade mismatch

  • Texture preference

  • Change of mind

  • Price differences


10. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only if:

  • They have not been packed.

  • They have not been dispatched.

  • Payment gateway processing is complete.

Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.


11. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

EverSkin monitors:

  • Excessive return behavior

  • Repeated damage claims

  • Suspicious refund activity

  • Chargeback patterns

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Restrict account access

  • Decline future orders


12. Promotional & Bundle Returns

If a promotional item was included:

  • The entire bundle must be returned.

  • Partial returns are not accepted.

  • Free items must be returned unused.

If not returned, the retail value will be deducted from the refund.


13. International Orders

  • Customs duties are non-refundable.

  • International shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Returns must comply with destination regulations.


14. Store Credit Conditions

Store credits:

  • Are non-transferable

  • Cannot be converted to cash

  • Expire in 90 days

  • Cannot be used to purchase gift cards


15. Force Majeure

EverSkin is not liable for delays due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Courier disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Pandemic-related logistics issues

  • Strikes or labor disputes


16. Limitation of Liability

EverSkin shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Loss of opportunity

  • Emotional distress

  • Delayed deliveries due to third-party carriers

Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.


17. Policy Amendments

EverSkin reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.

Customers are advised to review the policy periodically.

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

This Policy is governed by applicable laws of India.
